Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ago Planner mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ago Planner ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Use of the Service

Ago Planner is a travel itinerary planning application. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

2. Itinerary Content & Accuracy

The itineraries, place recommendations, and information provided by Ago Planner are generated algorithmically and are intended as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any place recommendation for your specific needs.

We strongly recommend verifying opening hours, admission fees, and accessibility of any place before visiting. Ago Planner accepts no liability for any loss, inconvenience, or disappointment arising from reliance on information provided through the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, software, and underlying algorithms, is the property of Ago Planner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Links & Maps

• Any travel decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
